ABOUT SHIPPING

All Products are shipped using one of the following methods:

United Parcel Service (UPS) – Default Option
UPS Ground – Standard Service
UPS Next Day Air
UPS Standard to Canada
UPS World Wide Express

United States Postal Service (USPS) – Other Carriers
USPS Parcel Post (2-9 days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
USPS Express Mail (1 day)

USPS First Class Mail International

Options:
By default the shopping cart displays United Parcel Service (UPS), rates and services, to select United States Postal Service (USPS) click on the drop down arrow in the Select A Carrier box (next to “United Parcel Service”).

When toggled, “OTHER CARRIERS” will appear on the screen.  Select “OTHER CARRIERS” and USPS rates and services will appear.  This function allows you to the select the shipping method which best suits you. 

Shipping rates are provided directly from United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Sunshine Herb and Lavender Farm/Sunshine Herb Company adds no additional charges for processing and handling. With the exception of Lavender Wreaths and Bouquets, these items must be shipped separately and will be charged a minimal handling fee.

 
In general it is our stated policy to use the Customers selected method of shipping (UPS or USPS) as specified at the time of order.  Sunshine Herb and Lavender Farm/Sunshine Herb Company however reserves the right to ship via the Customers selected carrier using like or better service at our discretion, at no additional cost to the customer.


Processing and shipping will take place upon receipt of your order - within normal business hours (10:00am – 6:00pm Pacific Standard/Daylight Savings Time) and is dependent on the Selected Carriers shipping/processing time.  It is our stated policy to ship your order as quickly as possible.
